A research center in agricultural technologies had issues with several chillers using a parallel compound with 2 CSH compressors.

The SE-i1 helped to assess that there was a configuration error in the main controller:

• only 1 compressor was running out of 2
• no time balancing between the 2 CSH
• the chillers were completely shut off during nights and on weekends

The below density of application points reported in the envelope monitoring is an evidence of the wrong configuration used. More details about the compressor behavior in the below monitoring curves could only confirm what was seen on site.
