The professionalism of the staff of the Green Point and their care in carrying this activity out, result on a side in a better and capillary support to the end user by BITZER and on the other side can provide a valid analysis of the possible causes of the failure and a sure list of action to take on the compressor before any unnecessary or expensive action is done.

The Green Point workshops around Asia, can be considered, together with BITZER’s distributor the main points in the market where genuine spare parts for BITZER compressors can be sorted out. A comprehensive stock of parts for both sales purposes and of course repairing is always available at the workshops. This is the guarantee to the customer of a better and fast service when it comes to repairing and maintaining the compressors, and to the market of a fast delivery of components.

>> Compressor Repair
Repairing of BITZER compressors is the core activity of the Green Points. The skilled and trained technicians working in the workshops follow standard procedures, tested and proved efficient by BITZER, for all the activities performed on the compressor. Each compressor coming into the Green Point is registered, analyzed, repaired, tested and checked out. Open and clear communication with the compressor owner and a full set of documentation prepared for each step of the process are the main tool to perform a professional and transparent in front of the customer. The Green Points can repair all the BITZER compressor types, from the small semi-hermetic compressors to the large screw units, by using exclusively BITZER original spare parts, as an additional warranty of the quality provided in these workshops

>> Compressor Running Test
Green Point is equipped with a dedicated test bench to check the operational efficiency of the compressors after repairs. Resulting test efficiency is bench marked against Bitzer tolerances as the final quality control.
Upon request a dedicated test report is available to certify the quality of ther service operated by Green Point on your compressor as an additional guarantee of quality.

>> Training Courses
Green Point is fully dedicated to the repairing of BITZER compressor and training courses can be arranged on the BITZER factory in Indonesia. Thanks to the fully equipped workshop in Jakarta the attendants can receive an adequate and comprehensive training on all the BITZER compressors, from small reciprocating compressor to large semi-hermetic screw compressors, step by step and by means of high quality tools.
